After the intro cut scene in the Githyanki caves, all my party members except Kelgar go missing, no longer in party.  Grobnar and Qara show up in the area, not in party.  I can talk to them but can't get them into the party.  At some point in the cave after some cutscene, forgot which, Grobnar and Bshop show up in my party.
