For those still unaware, both Kasumi and Overlord should both be on sale this week, from the 11th to the 17th, at 400 MS points instead of the usual 560.  I can even find a panel on the Xbox dashboard that advertises this fact.  However, when I go to actually purchase the DLC, my system states that the cost will be the full 560 points per purchase.

Is this unique to me, or am I simply the first to notice?

Do you have a XBox Live Gold membership? I believe it's only available to them.
