I don't like the thought of Kelly in my room when I am not there. I have the feeling that she is cuddling up in my bed and sniffing the sheets.  But I will forget to feed them so i let her. Next Normady will have bed room cameras and maybe a Shep leaked sex tape on the extranet.

It's funny that you can be pretty mean to her and she still wants to dine with you and feed your fish.
At least I was, never cutting the conversation, but always choosing the renegade responses.

Also, asking her for dinner will not compromise your current relationship.

I experienced this when playing a DLC and doing a sidequest after  the suicide mission.

If by "stalking" you mean getting the same email over and over, that was a bug that was fixed in later DLC.  You should only get the email once now if you have Kasumi, Overlord or LotSB installed.

If she's that concerned about her ego, she shouldn't have OFFERED to feed them for me. It's more useful to me than her telling me that I have new mail. I'm an obsessive e-mail checker (the game mirrors real life, sadly). Sure, every once in a while, she tells me so-and-so is upset and wants to see me, but other than looking cute standing next to my galaxy map, she's not doing a whole heck of a lot for me.

Of course, I jest. There's a lot of stuff she's doing that isn't actually in the game, like the conversation you with Zaeed you read about once you get the Shadow Broker's dossiers. Ironically, Kasumi gives me more insightful comments about my crew than Kelly usually does....and she has a bar, too!
