The side quest Exotic Methods requires crafting a Dwarven Regicide Antidote for Lady Broden. I cannot find Lady Broden after completing the Anvil of the Void and crafting the antidote. Originally, I sided with Harrowmont but after defeating Branka I choose Bhelem. I checked the Royal Palace and could not find her anywhere.
Is this a bug where the quest cannot be completed in the journal?

She should be in the DN Warden's old room in the palace with the doc.

I checked each room in the Orzammar Royal Palace especially the west side and could not find anyone in the rooms including the Doctor.
Also, I do not see the quest giver symbol on the map inside the palace.
What gives?

I sided with Caridin and choose Bhelem. My party consisted of Shale, Oghren and Wynne

The recipe counts as an inventory item and can be used against the spells: sleep and walking bomb. Strange as no other user posts on this forum and GameFaqs mentioned this bug.
I'm on the PS3 with the latest patches.

I think you have to side with Behlen early for this quest to even come up.

I do not believe that is the case, as I have often sided with Harrowmont.

I made the reply from the information in my CE walkthrough. The walkthrough states you have to choose Behlen early for this quest to come up. This is something they might have fixed with one of the patches. The game plays different since the walkthrough was written. Its been so long since I've chosen Harrowmont I don't remember how that plays in choosing Harrowmont.

Choosing to side with Bhelen will give you access to the locked part of the palace where the quest is given. Siding with Harrowmont, you're locked out of that part of the palace until after the Anvil. My vary first run was with Harrowmont and I did have this quest. If it's not there, then it's probably a bug.

Not quite correct. The area becomes open after you complete Jarvia's Hideout if you choose to side with Harrowmont.
@OP:
The more I think about your situation the more I think it is either a bug or a glitch. I am leaning towards a glitch where something just failed to execute or something. I have not heard of any bug reports on that particular quest..

Did not work for me. I must have gotten the quest before I did the Anvil quest, but chose Harrowmont. Now I have the potion and the quest still shows, but can't find the chick!!!! Left and cam back to Orzammar many times. Doesn't help.....

According to the DAO Wiki when choosing Harrowmont you need to complete "Entering Jarvia's Hideout" in order to reach her.
