I talked with an Amazon customer service about the signature edition and she told me that Amazon was not taking part in this program (at this time). I guess I'll have to pre-order at GameStop.

Well, then, I wonder why Bioware lists Amazon as participating in this promotion in their Signature Edition FAQ.  Presumably they never would have done so without verifying it with Amazon...?

None of the Eb Games here in my area have it for pre order. Oh well, at least going was worth it, got to pre order Duke Nukem Forever.

indeed, have it preordered there aswell, oh well ill wait till end of the year or so then cancel order and order it at some other shop.

We have confirmed more retailers in more countries that will be carrying teh Signature Edition (or if you have already pre-ordered, will upgrade to the Signature Edition). Not all of these sites have their pages up yet, but we have confirmed they will have the Signature Edition.

As always, as more countires and retailers confirm and bring their websites online, we will continue to bring you retailers carrying the Signatire Edition.

Unlikely to get ElectronicArts to change their European distribution agreements for one title, but you might  have better luck working from there (København, I presume?)  See if the retailer can contact EA directly to request being added to their channel.

I actually contacted Coolshop yesterday about it, and they answered that they would look into it.

Amazon just updated the DA 2 page to include the signature addition, at least in the US.

I pre-ordered my version of DA2 from gamestop and getting the signature edition upgrade which rocks!

Sagacious Tien, the signature edition is the Limited/Collectors edition of the game. You get all the $20 worth of extra content when you pre-order. As they did with DA1 they aren't including any figurines. Heck they didn't include any figurines with ME2 limited edition and didn't do it with ME1. It pretty much depends on what company making which games these days will include what extras that go with it.

Wow I talked with Amazon at 10am eastern time and was told the wrong information. They lost a sale I pre-ordered DA2 from GameStop earlier this evening. I would rather have used Amazon.
