Hmm...thanks for the reply... I have to wait and see if that's the case... (I have given up fate in most of the retailers listed there) ... I'm probably gonna order it when December ends... only way to be sure I guess...

I've got a crappy internet connection, as much as I'd love to get my hands on a Steam copy, I'm perfectly fine settling with something sent over the mail.

(Note: IANAL) While your legal protections may depend on the laws where you make the purchase, (as opposed to those of where the merchant has a presence) in MOST places in the world merchants may not deduct your account / charge you for the item until they ship it.

I would think that just like in the Netherlands that every pre-order before 11 jan. gets upgraded to the signature edition. To be shure you should pm chris (or open an topic about it in the DA2 forum)

I second this, being a primary Steam user, who frankly hates the EA client, i would really like to know aswell. Alot of others DD sites allready have the option to pre-order the signiture edition, while steam is left in the dark. I honestly dont' care if we get the option to pre-ordere it tomorrow, or next week, or on the 10th of january, as long as we (steam users) get the option BEFORE the deadline for the signiture edition.

If it was put up AFTER that date, it would be like a big "F U" to steam users from EA imo

A poster at another forum pointed out how EA didn't release the special edition of NFS: Hot Pursuit on Steam. That makes me REALLY nervous.

I can add to that one Requiem, some one on another forum pointed out that Steam din't even get the normal version of NFS: Hot Pursuit at the start. They had to complain and beg on EA's forums about it before they would release it on steam. This is ofcourse not official, just what people are talking about.

We have updated the list of International retailers carrying the Signature Edition. Once again, ANY retailer selling Dragon Age II "should" give you a free upgrade to the Signatire Edition as long as you pre-order before time runs out on January 11. If your country or preferred retailer is not listed, please check with your local store.

Just a note to you Chris.  I clicked on the link then on EA Store in North America and STILL get HK and HK dollars.  Of course the entire page is in chinese.  Is there a way that I can get into EA North America without being redirected to HK?  Thanks.

The Signiture edition IS the collectors edition. Wich i still hope will show up on steam (Yes i still want some info about that)
