Ok so i pre-ordered from amazon but it doesnt say anything about it being upgraded, will we get an email from them once bioware puts the word around or are we just in the dark until the game comes out and hope we get the signature edition?

i really hope they will be a steam pre order for this
it is really hard to get this kind of stuff from were i live and steam is the easiest way to get pre order benefet

Ι don't.As long as they are included as vouchers in the game box then i dont mind at all. It does help against piracy and used games sales

Meh, It doenst matter if you get it new. Same price. But EA has been doing this alot lately, So not surprised. Now about that collectors....

Well I am intrigued I won't lie to ya but untill I have seen more I don't know whether it is worth it. The funny thing is with all the preorder hype around cod black ops at the moment with it potentially surpassing moder warfare 2 I can see where this idea is coming from ;D



If it is the CE at the cost of the normal edition and I find myself liking where the info drip is heading youll have my money bioware, but not before I have seen enough to make damn sure that the game is worth the money in the first place ^^ At least we have over 3 months worth of previews to decide....

Yeah, I think it's gonna be exactly like The Stone Prisoner. It's in the collector's edition and the regular edition. Prevents piracy and used sales.

That it does, but it smells like they're cutting and holding back content which was meant for the final game, I think I'll pass on this for now.

Odd are that you are not the only one Johnson45, but I respectfully disagree with the opinion that all of this should be in the final game.

Some of it like the Bonus Character and Missions are likely something that all new games will get free and people who buy used will have to pay for to encourage the buying of new copies.

The Armory and SoundTrack sound like stuff that is put in collector editions and would have been created for that purpose. The Additional DLC might just be stuff you get for just for pre-ordering or again stuff that would be included in new or collector editions.

They already have the pre-order capacity at btgames, just link up with them about this.

Please. We South Africans(and various other countries) get left out in the cold on a lot of things, like for example XBox Live/Games for Windows Live, which we're only getting this November.

Edit: Wait, I've just checked their website, and they do make mention of this little tidbit at btgames:
"Pre-order to receive extra weapon DLC"

Yeah, it just comes down to opinions on this really, thats just mine... on the upside, as they've already got this character and such sorted, it sounds like theyre closer to finishing this game then I thought. :happy:
