I've taken notice of all the customized profile photos and wonder if any would be kind enough to explain how this is achieved?

I already tried that, and I only recieved info on how to do it with a PC version of DA:O. The thing is, I know some people who play on 360/PS3, and they've somehow managed to get a customized photo. It's perplexing.

Try downloading the character creator for DA:O. I know it's floating around somewhere. Other than that, I'm pretty sure it's impossible.
