I've been trying for over an hour now to download Lair of the Shadow Broker for the XBox using the Bioware points I purchased from EA.com using the 25% off coupon I got for my birthday.  Every time I look around the Mass Effect site, the Bioware Social site, the EA site, XBox Live, etc., I can't find any way to use my bioware points to purchase the download, which is BUNK, because I've done it before several times.  EA's site, is, as usual, useless and unnavigable, XBox's site won't even prompt for an option, on the XBox marketplace I can't find anywhere to REDEEM my Bioware points, and HERE, it says I can only use the Bioware Points for the PC game, which is bunk, again, because I've used Bioware Points to buy XBox DLC before.  Any guidance you can offer?
