I recently got the game and menaged to download the Shale DLC via the PS Store, but the blood armor I just couldn't download. I used the code here, but it doesn't show there and neither the so called game diary where it shows my build and story. I'm using the same e-mail for the forum and the PSN network.
Does anyone can help? What am I doing wrong?

Find the armor on the PS Store. It may let you download it from there.

Also, how do I upload my character and stuff to these forums? Am I doing something wrong? Don't wanna buy DA2 pre-order and then NOT get the freebies.

Yeah, might be it, althought the Shale DLC was free, but perhaps now it's free for every copy?
But what about the journal feature, with my character build and stuff like that?

If your PSN Name is not showing up on that page then your PS3 is not connected to the account here and any items you have on your account, such as the Blood Dragon Armor will not appear on the PS3, nor will game data surface here.
If you have the (triangle button) 'login to DA servers' option at the bottom of the main menu when playing DA on the PS3, then use that and login with the email and password you use here on social - that should solve the problem.
If the PS3 is already connecting to the servers - then your PS3 is already linked to another EA account (most likely done with a previous EA game), and this is different from what you created here on social. In this case, you'll need to contact EA support - there is not a straight forward way to manage that yourself at the moment, sorry - but EA support are familiar with this issue and it is relatively easy and quick for them to make this change for you.
I recommend using the chat option rather than email, as it can usually be done while you're waiting in that case.
