I have to wait till after school on Friday November 6th, i'l just be giggling and be very agitated in class and then run out of school to pick up my pre-order. Get home, open the box and smell the manual (it smells nice, DON'T JUDGE ME.) and then...play ofcourse .

As these things go...

I'll expect it the day after it will have been dispatched, naturally it won't arrive that day. In order to get through the wait 'till next day, I'll then start surfing and watching movies, I'll do that until the next morning and fall asleep exactly half an hour before the mailman arrives, since, naturally, this will be on a saturday, I won't be able to get it from the post office until monday.
After installation, my PC will burst into flames, I'll lose my eyeseight, and my right hand rots away.

If for inexplicable reasons, I'll actually get the game and actually get to play it, I think I like that pizza idea.

When it finally gets here, I'm gonna scream, tear open the package it arrived in and stare at the game in awe for a few minutes. Then I'll stick the first disc in, and while installing, listen to some music and prep myself for several hours of gaming.

Mine start at 11:30, but I only have two classes that day. I actually have a lot of time to play in between classes, but I won't do it... Because if I start playing DA:O before them, I'll end up not going to class.

i agree with u on that.....i was gonna pick my copy up before class but then i know ill just head back home to play and that would upset the gf as well as mess up my GPA........ugh that tuesday is gonna sux sitting in class

I have 2 collectors editions ordered, I would like them to be signed by the dev team and I could sell one for around 1k about a year later. I will of course begin playing the game after loading into my Alienware ALX and enjoy it on my 30' panel monitor. I will also check all the cheat sites especially the ones I am a premiere member of and see what I can change and examine on an exploratory level. Playing the non-cheated side as I learn where things are when to expect the unexpected and plan accordingly. I love gaming and knowledge IS power!!

well i'm getting knee surgery on the 29th, so once nov. 3rd hits it'll be 2-3 weeks of lying in bed playing this game nonstop. i doubt i'll be able to act too crazy when i get it, but i might take twice as many pain killers and end up thinking i'm really in medieval times...

My usual routine on receiving a game is to watch the cinematic intro and kind of mess around with all the technical options and also to read thoroughly through the game manual.

Besides that, I'll just lose myself into the game for hours to scratch the itch of my want for this game. My friends and wife will suffer constant babbling of it - and even if I'm not verbally abusing folks with game knowledge they could care less about, my mind will be there. I won't actually miss and classes - but mentally I will be very distracted. This carries on for a short while until my failing adherence to a normal sleep schedule finally overcomes me and I rest up and come to my senses.

So I imagine from Tuesday until that weekend (Sunday?), I'll snap out of it. Typically, the deeper I am swept into a game - the quicker I crash and then rebound back to normal. I imagine DA:O will not be insidious and just captivate me right off.

I'll smoke Nat Sherman, drink hot cider, and pat the box waiting for the game to install.

If everything goes well, that is.

Seem to be a lot of normal people in hete. That Lion king thing was funny. I know i will kiss teh game and hold it to my heart, thanking the gods of this beautifull day.



If I get the curage i will run around the neighborhood and scream, YES BIOWARE YES **** YEES!!

I plan on going to bed early on the 2nd so that I can wake up early on the 3rd and chase down every UPS/FedEx truck I see go down the main road that I live on and demand they check their truck for my copy of Dragon Age.



In all seriousness though, should things go as planned and Gamestop comes through on my "promised street date for overnight shipping or the shipping charge is waved" I'll be impatiently waiting for my CE version, then trying to enter all the content codes as quickly as possible, while trying to download the day 1 DLC, all while doing cartwheels around the apartment in total excitement while squee'ing up a storm.
