Having been waiting since 2004, I shall most likely play it for 7 hours a day, sleep for 4, and zombie walk to work the rest of the week. Curse you releasing it on a Tuesday Bioware!



Unless, of course, the EA Store does not do Release-day shipping and I have to sob quietly while waiting 5-10 days for it to arrive...

Does breaking hotel furniture trying to get D2D to DL through a crappy hotel connection while on a business trip count as celebrating?

I will wake up at 9, eat breakfast, leave by 9 30 and hopefully get to gamestop around 10, come home and read the manual while the game installs, then grab some food and lock myself in my room till I have to leave at 6 the next morning

This is how you celebrate it the right way.



You get off of work and tell your boss that you're not coming into work tomorrow because you're taking the day off. Grab either a 6-pack, a 5th of your liquor of choice, or a decent 20$ bottle of wine at the liquor store.



Make the phone call to the local supplier and get an 8th of some exotic, lastly stop by the gas station and pick up a pack of dutches.



Pop in the disc, start rolling, and by the time the install is done you should have 2 rolled up with the beer on ice. Then kick up your feet and play the opening cinematic after you already down a beer and smoked a 1/4 of the L doing your character customization.



After playing for about 4 hours, see it's about 10 PM, call up your girl see if she can come through (her bringing food is optional). Tell her you had a long day, so she can rub on your shoulders and at around 12:30 or so go handle that business.



And if you can't sleep around 1:45, see if your girl is down for round 2 or go back in the living room and roll up another L and have another brew. Oh yeah, unpause the game. If all works out you should be passed out around 4 or 5 in the AM on the couch to which your girl may wake you up around 7 to some breakfast of eggs, bacon, and toast before she heads to work. Scarf that down, pass out, then wake up around noon.



That's how to celebrate it proper.

6th November is Friday...so I take a night off, head to the nearest media store, don't sleep for 2 nights...and then on Sunday take another night off so I have about 72h of non-stop DA fun.

Then maybe I will loose my job so I will have all the time in the world to play

Meh...
Is Meh even a word? or sound? I imagine its an onomatopoeia. I'll celebrate by calling my character Meh, then Meh will soon turn into my lifes philsophy. I will then start a church on the principal of Meh and eventually the religion shall grow until it becomes the state religion and then the worlds religion, i will smite the infidels that oppose Meh and become ruler of the world. Then eventually after ruling for a while i'll suffer an equilibrium type assassination, and of course DA:O will be the bible.

Thats my lifelong celebration.

I will first, hook up my pc to my 52 inch screen tv for maximum fun. Then, I will order myself a pizza and 2 liter jug of A&W Rootbeer. Then I will eat while the game installs. I will also have an Oreo Cream pie. LET THE DECADENCE BEGIN!!!
