I heard that after 2 plot worlds the Council gives you the Vrmire mission but I didn't get it during my 2nd chat with them.
I'd like to know if this happened to anyone other then me and whether I'll get it during my 3rd chat with the Council,
or if I just won't be able to continute with the game after the 3rd chat. Incase it matters I did Therum as my first plot world then Feros.

You don't get it in your second chat, you should get it when you next access the galaxy map.
