Until now i never had any problems(just some random crashes) but now when i try to create a new character it crashes.İ reinstalled the game but no difference.Anybody help plz

The only similar symptom I recall has been limited to female characters.

yeah it works on the male characters but what can i do? always play male?

Sorry. I have not ever run into the problem, and although I have seen several threads from the last 11 months on the no-females subject, I hadn't thought that I ever read any of them (I was wrong). Since it's a weekend, and most of the regular readers are taking advantage of fall weather mildness to do most anything other than reading message traffic here, your question may have gotten the only answer you may see before Monday.
The on-site search is terrible, but it's so easy to redirect either Google or Yahoo to point them back in here, that you can check the archives easily. That may be the only way you have to learn anything.
"Your search for « female » returned 37 result/s."
Ten of those are the same as your problem is. One of them also never got any answer. Have you learned anything yet from any of those (answered) threads?
Although the local weatherman claims Ragweed pollen is down now, my allergies kick up still, when there's much of any breeze, so I'm inside today. I looked at all of the threads that the seach mentioned above had identified. The vast majority who had the complaint chose not to make full problem reports, just as you have not.
Among the minority who did include any useful information, there were two contributing factors identified. Several of the gamers had disabled sound to speed up game play. For some reason, for those players, that had interfered with their ability to use female Player Characters.
Several of the gamers had below-minimum video graphics, which when replaced, ended the problem.
