Does willpower or cunning make it easier to blast through enemy's mental resistance? I would think it was willpower, but I read somewhere that it was cunning
what stat makes you stronger vs. mental resistance checks?

More specifically, it's your modifiers to willpower, magic and cunning (your total score in each of those -10) added together.
