You know, I never really thought about getting DA to begin with. Is it another worthy RPG?Crippledcarny wrote...
I doubt I'll go anywhere near the DA2 forums when it hits till after I've finished the game.

The non-radio music (You know, has some piano/orchesta music) in Fallout NV and 3 feels so epic and makes travelling the wasteland feel like a real adventure. If you combine that music with Jacobstown, it feels too much like Oblivion.

Well I like Baldur's Gate and my friends say that DA is worth it so I might grab a copy and finish it before DA2 hits.Crippledcarny wrote...
It wont change your life, but I'd say it's one of the better RPGs out there.

Well, another crash. What's worse is that there is a "FalloutNV.Exe has stopped working" box in a black screen and the mouse is invisible. How do I get out of that? I'm using Vista btw.
Idk, I've had a few crashes that I just had to do a hard reset on my box to get out of.

Well then I'll have to restart. If I'm lucky, it will give me time to click the "cancel" before it actually restarts.Crippledcarny wrote...

Thanks for that, I sort of knew but remember not all of us have completed the game yet or are up to the same stage in the game. That was a bit of a spoiler tbh...

Also Legendary Avenger, LOTS of people were spoiled about Mass Effect 2. Pirates posted all over the major forums. Gamefaqs, Steam, and the Bioware forums all got flooded by pirates posting spoilers.
It's not good enough for them that they get all their games for free, they have to ruin the experiences for people who actually support the industry and pay for their games.

But then, Mr. New Vegas always seems so quiet, even with the volume up, if i put that up to high though, gunfire sounds will shake the walls down.
You do know you can go into the start menu, then settings, then audio, and set the various audio options to different sound levels, right? For instance, you can jack up the "radio" volume without having to jack up the gunfire volume (which would be the "sound effects" option). You can also adjust the volume of footsteps and NPCs, I believe. Thus, you can increase the volume of the really soft-sounding things and lower the volume of the incredibly loud things, all on separate levels.

You know I always had an idea of Mr. New Vegas being Doc Mitchell. But I doubt that.DragonRacer13 wrote...

Jsachun: Not everyone has completed the game. We come here to discuss FNV and strategies sometimes. Please, if you are going to post spoiling information, please put a "Spoiler alert" and if it's a pic, then put it in a link.

Also, finally learned how to port stuff and NifScopin'!

Did you convince Arcade to give you his armor at the end of the quest to recruit the enclave? When I tried it glitched and never came up.Irish Groat wrote...
Im going around with Arcade and EDE now... Boone died while i was assaulting ceasars camp... (killed him and all his men as well as the story bit) I think its what he would have wanted... to go down fighting against a few dozen legion veterans and praetorians in order to kill Ceasar.
