I've been putting off the main quest because I don't really know what to do about Mr. House and Yes Man.  If you kill Mr. House, do you lose the robot army or can Yes Man take them over?

I believe Yes Man does give you the robot army, but you can't have the robot army and side with the NCR. You have four options, Mr. House, Yes Man, NCR, or Legion. None of them can be mixed. So if you wanted to take Vegas to help the NCR or Legion, than you're out of luck.

In that case. Should I start an all-out assault on the legion camp (The one with Caesar in it)? Or will that ruin the fun if I kill everybody?

Well if you're high enough level and have good equipment I think you should....Killing an entire camp is always good

I'm level 19 and I have a lot of good equipment. If I can take out Tabitha's mutants, then there is a chance I can take on the legion.

haven't cleared the camp, but I think you might run into a problem taking out Caesar. If I were you I think I'd hold it off till high 20s if not 30.

I'm at the part of "How little we know" and apparently after I've melted the storage guns, it nothing happens. No quest notification, nothing.

Are you playing on PC?And if you are do you know how can i fix lag/stutter problems my specs are really good:
intel core2quad q6600 i think and ati hd radeon 5750 1gb

Yeah, I have no idea. It seems if there are more than 4 people shooting at each other the game goes to **** no matter how great your box is.

Well that's silly, considering that Yes Man will do whatever you want, so basically you could hand him and Vegas over to the NCR or the Legion.  That was my plan, anyway.  I'm not really sure how to proceed, actually.  I've got quest updates saying to report to Yes Man, but if doing that cancels out my NCR cred...

The main quest has been rather confusing, actually.

You'll get a warning quest saying if you keep working with him that the NCR will turn against you.

I did the crazy crazy crazy quest today. And ruined it! I did it in less than 5 minutes by accident

One gives EDE an armor bonus the other a upgraded weapon. I dont remember any faction increase.

Oookaaay.  So now I'm confused as to how I even advance the main quest.  I've been doing NCR side quests and there's chatter about them gearing up on the dam, but I had assumed I would advance the main quest via Yes Man.

The main quest can be Legion, NCR, Yes Man, Mr House or (i think) Benny.

I couldn't resist blowing up Caesar and his praetorians after some Legion clown told my character women were intellectually and physically inferior to men. Compared to these schmucks, the Fiends are intellectual giants.

If you always report to Yes Man first rather than NCR, you'll eventually go down Yes Man's path (and vice versa).
