Is anyone else getting this error when they select "Downloadable Content" from the main menu?

"No content is available for download at this time. Please check back later for new content updates. If you have previously purchased content and need to download again, please quit the game and check your Download List."

It's signed in with a valid EA account, linked to a PSN account, connected to the internet, and can even browse the bioware/dragon age site, but claims to have no content available for download or purchase.

Did I miss news about PS3 not getting DLC on launch day?
