Yesterday I've installed MotB and patched the game. Now my poor beloved PC, each time she casts a spell, shows a voice like a sort of duck with the flu. Just only while casting spells. All other interjections are with the usual voice.
What has happened and how can I fix that? I really hate that voice, plus hearing always the same voice and a different one just when she casts a spell is awkward!

Well, MotB basically replaced all the spellcasting chants with new ones. The chants in NWN2 vanilla come from NWN1, and IMHO, are much better.

Take a look at the Revert Pak for MotB. I've not tried it and cannot vouch for it. Countless was a regular on the old forums but I've not seen him here.
