Is anyone else having this problem?  Most of my characters data updates fine, but his picture wont show up.  I am playing on a PS3 if that has anything to do with it.  I have looked on 3 different computers as well so it's not my computer.  I see my friend who is playing on a PC and his Character pic shows up.  Also he can't see my character pic either.
Any help would be great.

It seems that most people on the console versions are having this problem. Both my information and picture are not showing up.

Yeah Im getting nothing but the fact that I've registered. It's odd. I hope this is solved or I figure out how to do it.

though, my PC version characters aren't showing, nor are either of them updating at all.  haven't for about 4 days now.

Same here with PS3 version. I was having some trouble connecting to EA during character creation, and my portrait never showed up. Other character data seems to update fine (if slowly). I created a new character and its portrait showed up as soon as the rest of the data did.

This is a similar problem for me too (on Xbox 360).



My character stats and level update, but the character image never updates to show my newer armor. I have the Blood Dragon Plate equipped, but my picture still shows me wearing the same starting armor. It hasn't ever updated to show any of the other armor I've had, from heavy chain, templar armor, and now the Blood Dragon Plate.



My profile shows I have it equipped, but the image doesn't change.

I get this half cut portrait and I'm on PC

Yep, I'm facing this probably on my warrior character, I'm wondering if you had to be connected to the internet when you created the character?

I've had this problem with every character after my first one, posted about it in the last "character won't update" thread that was closed.



I'm running the PC version of DA through Steam. Information updates practically instantly these days, but all of my character portraits are broken. I've tried deleting the characters and re-uploading them, but no dice on the portraits.



My screenshots are also bugged, in that it says I have 288 uploaded out of 100. I'm wondering if the two are related? Haven't seen a straight Bioware response to either of these issues yet.

I am having a similar problem. The stats uploaded for both my characters, but only one uploaded a portrait. It has the background of the portrait, but not the character. says 1002 and 1003 errors, but not how to fix it. I've tried loading the profile and changing gear, moving around the world, and saving again, and still nothing.

Edit: I'm in the same boat as the poster below me.

Yeah. Running with a 360 and I am getting the same errors as Public Service:
"I'm playing on the 360 and I get the Error Codes:

1005 - Extra unexpected files uploaded for this character.

1002 - No avatar image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.

1003 - No portrait image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server."

Anyways, why have this social online "share your current character info" feature if it doesn't work? If it only works for 50% of the people, then it simply does not work as a whole. It's like having a car that only runs when certain people turn the key. A shame that this does not work properly, but then again it's beta and I love the game as a whole.

A number of these errors are supposedly caused by game bugs.

still having the same problem with my first 2 characters, but one I made this morning updated in about 30 minutes. What is going on here?

I just got the game two days ago (and I LOVE it!) my character DATA is uploading but my character portrait is not. Did anyone ever get an answer to this ?

i created six characters since i got dragon age on the 360 , 2 of the 6 characters i created dont show the picture and its really annoying and would love to know how to solve the problem.
