I was taking Disk One out of the metal case and the clips in the center are shaped in such a way and are so strong that I actually have to pry the disk before it will release. When I did that today, the clips actually cracked the plastic center piece of the DVD and now there is actually a fairly sizable chunk missing from the center plastic, roughly the size of my fingernail.
So far as I can tell, the playability of the game itself remains intact and unaffected.... But like a DVD movie that is scratched, sometimes you just don't know If , when or specfically at what position in the movie is the disk going to skip or be rendered unreadable.
In that case, is that something that the good folks at Bioware would be so kind as to issue me a replacement Collector's Edition Disk One (for a small fee, of course) ?
What would be done? What is my course of action if at any point int he future, the game becomes unplayable as a result of this occurance?
Sincerely
EnergizerBunny211
PS: If someone from Bioware could provide insight to this matter, as to the Company Policy, I would greatly appreciate it. And as always, help from fellow Forumites is always welcome!
