Is there a complete chantry model in the toolset, or do I have to build it from the parts in the che model directory?

There's two chantry buildings, each composed from 2-3 fairly large parts if i recall right. Try to filter down prop list to ones with "cha" in name, or maybe just "ch"

I guess this means the answer would be "the latter".

If you mean interiors then it's probably easier to cheat and just re-use assembled chantry from the default campaign as the starting point at least.
