So im starting to get a little upset, I sat up this ea account like so, I even had technical support walk me through redeeming my $15 DLC that comes free the 360 version, the codes have  been verifed as successfully redeemed but I still cant access the download content on my game, because every time i enter my screenname and password it just says "Please Try Again" and I have rechecked countless times, no spelling or errors in my info to login, because I am able to login successfully here online, why wont it let me acess the servers? not sure if im doing something wrong, but I am upset that I cant access my DLC that has been verified in my registered promo codes section...

do you have any odd characters in your password? certain ones don't work with the EA connection server for the game

all letters and numbers, no symbols or anything
