Dear bioware community,

Some time ago, I downloaded the witch hunt DLC for Dragon age origins, which was pretty much the day after it came out.

However since that time I haven't been able to play the game at all. At first it kept saying I was unauthorized, and even the help forums didn't seem to help. I even downloaded the patch 4 for dragon age.

Now however, it doesn't say it's not unauthorized anymore, but it just keeps stuck at extracting. Also my blood dragon armor seems unable to download (I tried to reset all my items as the help forum suggested).

Did anyone else here encounter this problem? And if so, could you help me with this fix?

I just wanted to play my male cousland getting together with Morrigan, after which I save all the files to my second harddrive so that I can store more room for when DA2 is coming out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
