I dunno I never miss :P

Isn't punching them a bit of a problem given they can kill you with one hit?

Speaking of that Elite achievement does anyone know where the Elite Ranger is? Theres a medal for killing the son'b*tch but I've never seen him.

Not if I hit them first! (I'll punch, shoot, punch, and they usually go down).
And I think it takes 2 hits from them to kill, unless on legendary it's just one. I don't know, find out soon anyway.
I have terrible aim.

Oh, and look at that. One of the daily challenges is 50 kills with precision weapon. Consider it done! :)
I need to get online ...

I think there's one in Nightfall ...
Oh, I just looked it up, apparently they're scattered throughout the campaign.
Does the zealot count as one? Apparently I've gotten it twice.

No I've killed the zealot every playthrough but never got the medal.

Legendary is definately one hit kills from Elite melee attacks but I could have sworn Heroic was the same. I must have been mistooked.

Ya, it's not.
Here's one in Nightfall:
Apparently they're also called Bob?
Anyway, they are scattered. They don't hang around a battle for long, apparently.

I gotta say, the Wake Up, Buttercup achievement is kinda, sorta, easy.
So glad there was a space mission like that. So much fun.

Damn these Bobs I haven't seen any of them. Good find by the way.

Which one is wake up buttercup?

I've heard people say they should do a space shooter now but one of the things that made the space mission so good was how short it was. It was the perfect length to be entertaining without it getting tedious or intrusive.

Being a lowly silver member, I can only level up through campaign, but I'm halfway to Warrant Officer Grade 2. The trick for all the people who want to play the game on Legendary solo is to start out on Legendary. If you do that, you never know what Normal/heroic feels like, plus when you go back and play the missions on Normal/Heroic you have a blast being reckless and a god.

As far as Achievements go, I've gotten all that I can get while still being a silver member (besides Captain and Lt. Colonel).

Wake Up, Buttercup is destroy the corvette engines + escort in 3 min or less.

I agree about the length. If I had to do that for an hour or so, it would get pretty dull pretty fast.

@Comrade Bork
I'm scared to play Legendary. I'm starting to have a hard time on Heroic now D:

Oh yeah I remember thinking that was going to give me alot of hassle but I got it completely by accident. There was still alot of ships left and the achievement popped up.

Do not be afraid of Legendary, I had a hard time on Heroic too. I found it about as hard as Legendary on Halo 3. Legendary on Reach isn't too much harder than Heroic its a test of patience if you stick at it you will get through it.

That's the only reason I played the last ones basically. Played with friends *offlines, hardly played campaign*
I haven't played much multiplayer in Reach yet. It's always fun though.

Very fun. Except when griefers kill you and quit before you can boot them.

People going out of their way to provoke you into killing them or trying to get in the way of your explosions so they can boot you is worse. I uploaded a video of the first time it happened me it annoyed me so much.

I know I'm jumping but, has anyone done this?

I just did the first song ... no hunters but, everything goes nuts if you shoot the dj or turn off the ... thing ... you're supposed to turn off.

Thats happened me a few times too. I even played a whole level and got no points at all. I think it  might have something to do with how often you die and how many enemies you can kill between your deaths. But I'm not sure.

Hhmm yeah thats adding to my theory. See I got tons of points going through Heroic but when playing Legendary I was getting the 60pts alot so thats what makes me think its death related.

Trust me, it can't be death related, I died more times than I care to admit on a couple levels. You get no points for Easy, just so you know.

Don't forget to turn points on. I just set it to team. That way I still get points even if I just assist. *May be cheap, but meh. I get at least 1k points a mission.*

Sort of ...?
No.  Heh heh.  I think I flew in a circle for ten minutes before I finally found the building. It was easier with just hunters there, I just ran by them to first time (I have no patience for them).
