Hi

If there is already a similar post as the one i am going to submit, i couldn't find it, so my appologies if there is another one.

Mass Effect meets the requirements on my PC.

Instals OK but as soon as i click to start an error comes out saying "mass effect has experienced an error and needs to close down".

i tried un-instal and re-instal, no joy.

Really has me baffled.

Went on the ea site and spoke live to a person who asked for remote access to my pc and obviously i didnt let him but after a lengthy conversation he told me it was a software configuration problem.

I took the PC to my local repair shop.

They did confirm the PC met the requirements but were not sure how to sort the problem.

Any help or sugestions greatly appreciated

When you choose to complete a standard problem report, and leave the interpretation of System Requirements suitability up to the experts on that subject, perhaps someone might be able to try making a suggestion. Refer to the pinned thread about it.
