Neverwinter Nights or Kotor after that i knew that Bioware was something special and i've been playing their games ever since.
What was your first bioware game?

Interplay published, Black Isle assissted with development.Nameless one7 wrote...
Interplay published Baldur's Gate (According to Gamespot), but if I recall Black Isle may have helped with Baldur's Gate in some fashion.
If I remember correctly Black Isle was Interplay's role playing game division, so essentially they were one in the same since Black Isle was a wholly owned subsiderary of Interplay. I do recall Black Isle helping though so I suppose there was some collaboration there. It would make sense considering Black Isle went on to use Bioware's Infinity Engine for their own titles.

Baldur's Gate. "Go for the eyes, Boo!"- probably my favourite line in any video game.

BG1 (2000)
TotSC (2001)
BG2 / ToB (2005 - currently playing)
EasyTutu (2006)
NWN2 (2007)
KotOR2 (2008)
NWN1 & both expansions (2009)
Jade Empire (2010) (German with English Dialog.tlk)
ME1 (2010 - currently playing)
BG2 is the one I liked most, probably due to its complexity & challenge. Charm, domination, stun, ADHW, these are things to be FEARED! Still, Jade empire & KotOR2 were pretty cool, and as for ME, can you say Mako
I still want to get ME2, KotOR1, both NWN2 expansions, & dragon age.

Agreed. I doubt I'm alone in this, I named my Mass Effect 2 hamster Boo.

They aren't BioWare games. They were developed by Obsidian. The Potty 1 wrote...

NWN
It took me a while to make the leap from pen and paper to the computer. Truth be told, I still prefer pen and paper games.

KOTOR which I really liked but I guess I was too young to really appreciate how great it was, it wasnt until Mass Effect 1 that I realized how great BW storytelling is and they have been my favorite developer since.

I braved the Christmas Eve crowds at the mall in 1998 to get my copy of Baldur's Gate the day it came out.

I once played ultimate frisbee with Ray and Greg in a park in 1995.

KOTOR was my first Bioware game. Ah, I remember my game 'locking up' at a certain point and having no problem running through the entire game on another file. Good times, good times...
