I want more companions in my party in the OC.  How can I do this?

Open the console (~ for american and ´? for most european keyboards)
then use the following commands:
DebugMode 1
rs ga_party_limit(6)
DebugMode 0

Close the console again with the same key that opened it.

Now you can take up to 6 of the offical companions with you. You can use a higher number and take all companions with you, but then you have to scroll a lot :)

Just a note that the OC changes the number of companions allowed in the party at different times. So as you play you will find that the limit is altered periodically.

I should add that you aren't locked into the number six. Though obviously this would be insanely easy, you could go up to silly numbers like twelve.

/tested once just to see all the banter options

I tried it and it worked just fine. I think 6 members is about right, kinda reminds me of BG. it also allows me to influence more NPCs without stopping at the Flagon.

Odd. I haven't had any issues with the back alley, even on my silly twelve party member run. Is NWN2 isn't the most stable of games though. Has the crashing been a consistent issue with that area?

removed the party increase script

also removed a fix Kaldor sent me to allow companions to talk to npc's and now got into back alley

not sure which one did it but liked both mods so i will reinstall one at a time and see how it goes after the back alley quest

As said in other thread, I am certain neither mod is the culprit.

Crashing in this transition has been reported at least once before here.
