Yes I know this is hard, but give it a shot.

For the most part this list is interchangeable, but Torment is #1 for a reason.

thats all I can think of right now.

Understand I don't like the JRPGs like Final Fantasy Chrono Trigger was an exception and games like Planescape Torment and such I haven't payed.

I can't help but laugh when people call Oblivion an RPG.

9. Neverwinter Nights 2 (at least with Mask of the Betrayer, less so without that)
10. VTM: Bloodlines

Though anything after #1 isn't set in stone, it can fluctuate a bit depending on what mood strikes me.
I also didn't include any hybrid genres, otherwise #2 would most definitely be System Shock 2, and #3 Deus Ex (both FPS/RPG hybrids).

Did you ever play the Dark Brotherhood quests?  I personally felt the Dark Brotherhood quests are better then the main story quests.

The whole of Ultima 7, which probably makes it the longest game ever. Then, after that, in no particular order would probably be Planescape: Torment, Final Fantasy 6, Deus Ex.... KOTOR 2 maybe. I guess I only have a top 5.

You know anything about getting Ultima to run on windows 7, windows 7 is just so incompatible with old games.

Most Ultima games are either DOS games or at least have a DOS version, and should work with DOSBox (a DOS emulator basically) on any modern Windows system I believe.
