I am very confused about how to use the Cerberus Network to download DLC.
I bought ME2 from Steam and I am pretty sure that I successfully registered it, because it is now connecting and showing news stuff on the right of the main menu.

I have used the Cerberus Network on the XBox, and that had a button somewhere to access my dlc. I can't find that on here. The only thing I can find is the "New Content Available" button, and that just takes me to a page to buy a dlc.
 
I'm not expected to pay for the Cerberus Network dlc, am I? I didn't have to on the XBox.

Check this thread. Once you have downloaded the DLC installer from http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php, launch it outside the game to install the matching DLC.

There is the Tech FAQ stickied at the top of the forums which has the answer in it. Doesnt get much easier than that

I agree this should be easier. I mean thanks for posting all the info here, but I usually don't have to ask questions to get this far. Still very thankful, just make interfaces easy for gamers.

I am not getting a one thing, webpage says Cerberus Access is part of any digital copy, but I didn't got any key to access it. Apparently I have Czech version of the game, Origin didn't really gave me a choice in that probably bases on location from where I logged in. So I contacted support (czech) and they told me that Cerberus Network access is not part of the copy. What the heck? Bioware states on their own webpage that access is part of EVERY copy and I brought one through Origin which belongs directly to the Bioware, not a boxed one from local distrubutor.

Ok, whatever. But do I need to buy Cerberus network access first in order to buy any other DLC???
