i think would be great if we could actually get to meet shepard's mother for me3 her name is Hannah shepard and during me1 she sends shepard a mail. i would love to see the state of earth maybe visiting new york city, captain bailey mentions new york has a very high crime rate. so perhaps we could get a mission to help bailey find his son there who may have been kidnaped by blue sun gangs.
i also noticed that there isen't any children in the Mass effect universe so far. we haven't been able to see a single one through out the entire game, nor in cities nor in colonies. in dragon age origins there are some children npc. i think would be nice and more realistic if we could see children sometimes with their parents.
Vaenia, the mass effect version of hollywood. we hear about it while doing the loyalty mission for samara. that s where morrith wanted to go with nef the girl she kills in omega. vaenia is suppose to have the most glamorous women. i think would be nice to get to visit it too.
Shaira the consort from the citadel, would be nice if we get to see her again in me3 and Vaenia seems like the perfect place she would go to.
i also would love to see female drell, krogan , salarian and turians. we know they exist.
Earth and Vaenia for ME3 what about kids?

Vaenia is not a place.
It's more like the Asari version of "Emmanuelle" or something. Morinth's favorite skin flick, tho with elegant women. And Joker seems to like it too...

Vaenia is a movie.
Also, I believe the No Spoiler section has a topic currently open about the lack of children in the game.

oh you are right. nevertheless i suppose it would have been based upon some real place. in wich case would be neat visit, and a place like that would be a perfect setting to bump into shaira again.

Yes. Most films are named after places, e.g. "Titanic" after Titanic, Saskatchewan or... actually, I can't think of any other examples.
