Numbers that I never even used when modding. While it doesn't crash or anything, it isn't right having nearly 4000 Tempest rounds. Is there anywhere else such data is stored besides the C.ini?

You can place a binding in the [SFXGame.SFXGameModeBase] & [SFXGame.SFXGameModeDefault] to get extra skill points.
Like:
Bindings=( Name="Keyboard Key", Command="givetalentpoints #" )

Or you could also try using Inges' ALL-IN-ONE text files project.

Yes, I know I can add more skill points but I'm trying to avoid it and just use the 51 points to max out 5 skills and put have 1 point in another skill. It may sound strange to some people but I hate it when I have points left over or when they are distributed over various skills but not all are maxed out. I want 5x10 points and 1x1 point. Everything else just looks... well, not perfect enough for a perfectionist like me. So that#s why I'd like to just unlock all skills and not just give the character more skill points.

I have tried to get Liara as a squadmate, but Jacob does not dissapear. He is still there and keeps flying behind me (he is not walking.....). So I have 3 squadmates and one of them is "broken".......

No way that anyone's found yet.

You can either not use the unlocked skills and only max out their parent skills, or give yourself enough extra skill points to max out the parent and child skills.

For instance, with an adept you can max out warp, throw, singularity, passive. Then either max pull or bonus leaving one point in either. Or not taking a bonus at all, max out pull and put one point in shockwave.

But, this is what the respec option is for. Personally, i'd put one point in pull and max out the bonus mainly because I never use shockwave and never really need more than one point in pull.

But, that doesn't stop me from doing what phoenix suggests (in a slightly different manner) and just topping them all off. Still don't use shockwave, though.

No problem.
To get Liara as a squadmate her relevant SB DLC info needed to be added to C.ini.

For further reading & info on DLC modding follow these guides. 1 & 2
After doing the said info in the link. Don't move or rename the INI's as the posts state.
But rename the BIOGame & BIOWeapon INI files in the relevant DLC folder to: BIOGame.org.ini & BIOWeapon.org.ini 
Do not use Coalesced as part of the rename or the DLC will have issues in game.

Hi, just asking can you Zaeed's face mask for Female Shepard or is there graphic problem when using it? If anyone has made a mod on this could anyone get a screenshot and the code to add in my coal file please, thanks? Plus I like to know is there anymore Asari head then Samara for female Shepard we can use?  Just asking has anyone used the Blue VI girl likeness for Female Shepard, looking for the code for head and body outfit, already have the VI dress tho?

I found a keypress cheat to unlock all the normal weapons (not heavy or super weapons) in Maxatv's coalesced mod. Is there a similar such keypress cheat to unlock all the vanilla armor bits? I'm replaying, but I don't want to do a NG+ so I still have level-ups.

Or maybe just a "start with" mod?  I'd rather have a keypress cheat, but if only "start with all" is available, I'll suffice.

Are you meaning to make all non bonus guns available for all character classes (Vanguard, Adept, ect.)?

this is probably a dumb question but im a noob :D if i modify my characters eyes will i be able to transfer him to me3 or will i need to go back and rechange my save when it comes out or what not.

There should be no bearing on the outcome of ME2 and that character's transfer into ME3.

Sorry... I already tweaked on it more since then - and got rid of the keybindings and data. <_< I appreciate the offer, though. I might go and edit it out again and see what happens!

Edit: Hah. Got it working. Dunno what I did differently this time... but it works. I can't find the head mdl code now... but otherwise it works.

Looking for some help.
I've made myself a new shep using jacobs textures, but theres a problem. His teeth are brown. I tried changing the teeth vector color but no joy, they stay brown. Any clues as to why?
Praying ME3 import feature is robust enough to allow the texture change.

Help appreciated, and heres a pic.

Hi I'm new to modding the ini file. I was trying to mod my Shep to look like Zaeed, but I couldn't get it working. Just to be on the safe side, I tried out Garrus and he worked fine. Did him the same way I did Zaeed (got both codes from this thread, from Phoenix). When I go to load Zaeed, though, nothing happens and I can't get his armor in the armor menu. Is there something extra I need to do to get Zaeed working (I have his DLC)? Thanks :)

Edit: It is trying to load Zaeed, but for some reason, it's not.  Did the same for him as Garrus, so I'm not sure why it's not loading.  :(

two things here, if you get liara in party does she have party banter and interaction throughout the game, or no?

secondly, is it possible to change the headshot eyepiece to one that is similar to miranda's (dlc alternate pack)? I saw a screenshot of someone using her DLC eyeglass hologram thing, but blue, and omg i want it >.<

alright, first... Liara doesn't have any dialogue for "normal" missions. Sometimes she doesn't even show up in the cutscenes. Still, she's useful as a teammate.  EDIT: I forgot about combat dialogue. She has all the usual attack/take cover, regroup aknoledgements.  But it is kind of weird when she says "Watch for the Asari..." and you're fighting Harbinger. 

Second, as I recall, Miri's visor is part of the model, and they haven't figured out how to seperate it yet.

Which color channel values have been changed?
Red, Blue, Green?
Have you tried changing the Alpha?

Did you load his required PCC?
And also insert the armor locker binding into SFXGameModeDefault:

The only Dialog we have that I know of besides her DLC dialog is when in battle.
