Hey guys I had to delete everything from my PC so I lost bookmarks on how to add FreeCam.
Could someone tell me how to do it again?
Also I'll need link for that program to do it as well.
Can I get the answer?

Hi,
I read your guide, but I'm a bit curious about how you found where change value and with wich one. I'm just curious.
Later I'll try your instructions
A second question for all in this forum: I follwed the various info and I modified the initial appearance for female pc, but when I start a new game, only two head are from my choice, one is the Bioware one (slightly modified) and the other three have code I never inserted and different frome the default one.
How can happen it?
Someone has alredy seen this change?
Thank you,
Bye

1) Should we be able to mod ME2 squadmates into our squad when ME3 is released? We know that their models will be in-game, as everyone will be either a permanent squaddie, temporary squaddie or a cameo.
2) How can I find/edit a facial hair texture?
Thanks in advance.

I have modified UScript decompiler which writes functions/vars offsets. Modyfing it requires some basic knowledge about UScript bytecode.

I've used many codes found here but the most work only on Normandy as casualappearances.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thank you

Sorry to bother again, I'm really curious to understand if it's already existing a list of casual and armor usable in game as "torsoappearance" without load other module (like for example when I want use an npc armor).

However, I've pulled all the weapons for the firepower pack out of the dlc's and into the c.ini. Perhaps that's the problem?
Also, when in game and use this my squadmates with the Mattock only do single fire. So I tend to use tripple burst instead.

Recently I created a newgame+ based on an adept shephard of mine that received assault rifle training on the collector ship. I didn't want to play an adept again, so after creating the new character I switched it over to a vanguard. The problem is, on my vanguard I want the claymore (don't need shotgun training since the class has it), not assault rifles.
I know how to add the Claymore shotgun to my active weapons list, but I believe I'll have to manually put it back repeatedly. In addition, I keep seeing assault rifles available, but I do not want them to be.
Does anyone know how I can fundamentally CHANGE my weapons training with Gibbed, WITHOUT having to edit the .INI?

Thanks for your replay.
Then it's maybe two ways for solving this:
1. Use triple burst
2. Remove them from C.ini and see what happpens.
Enjoy the weekend, I will..

I just switched from XP to Win7, and using hotkeys to "only load level" etc takes WAY longer than it used to. It usually took less than a second to load one before, now it's several seconds. Anyone know a cause/fix?
There is no fix that I know of.
Windows 7 requires much more resouces than XP. So it takes resources that XP normally didn't use and Win7 uses those making then unavailable to programs like ME2.
Personally I recommend of minimum of 1.5 GB for the Windows 7 OS and a 1.5Ghz or faster CPU
While Windows XP required a minimum of 64 MB and a 233 Mhz or faster CPU
How much Ram you have in the system?
What is your processor speed?
If lower than what I have listed. I recommend reverting to XP.

I bumped up RAM from 2GB to 6GB for Win7 (64-bit version so as to be able to use it). My CPU is an E8400 overclocked to 3.2Ghz, plan to go to 3.4Gghz soon.

1) Is it possible to jump ahead several points in the game, or at least 'trick' the game into thinking you've gotten past several points? The reason I'm asking is that my copy of the game constantly crashed on Horizon (even while being run at the lowest, bare bones settings) and after I get Jack/Grunt/Garrus/Mordin I'd *like* to be able to mod the game into thinking I've complete Horizon.
2) This is more a TexMod thing than anything else, but how would I be able to get the textures for Garrus' casual clothes (from the Garrus/Shep romance) and edit those?
Thanks!

2) How to use texmod to find texture
a. Start texmod. If you don't know how, I can tell you.
b. Invite Garrus up to your cabin.
c. Use the + or - keys to cycle through the textures. Press the * key if you want to filter the texture list to only what is currently being used by the game. Once you've found Garrus' clothing texture (most probably, when you've found it, his clothing will turn green to show this), press enter. Texmod will extract it for you. By default it should extract to the Out folder.

2) Download unreal extractor http://www.gildor.or...del/extract.zip
3) After you unzip the folder, look for msvcr71.dll on your computer. Once you've found it, put it in the folder you've unzipped.
4) Go find some .pcc file(s) from BioGame\\CookedPC in your Mass Effect 2 directory. In this case, you'll need BioD_Nor_006CabinGarrus
5) Copy the .pcc file(s) into the unzipped folder and drag them onto extract.exe (one at a time is probably best)
6) Enter the folders that process creates. Look at the folder structure. Go into the BioD_Nor_006CabinGarrus folder for what you need
7) Go into the BIOG_TUR_ARM_CTH_R\\CTHc\\TUR_ARM_CTHc_MDL folder. That's Garrus' casual clothing model.
The code therefore is BIOG_TUR_ARM_CTH_R.CTHc.TUR_ARM_CTHc_MDL
Put that into your Coalesced or whatever you are using for modding.
8) One problem that may arise is that since we don't know how to use specific textures with the armor locker, it's not gonig to the same color as the one that Garrus uses. That can be fixed with texmod.

Hmm. I believe that ME2 was designed for 32-bit systems. I looked up you CPU and it seems that it is 64-bit OS "capable" but doesn't fully support the 64-bit OS. This leads me to the conclusion that its an incompatibility in the communication skills between the OS and your CPU.
I would suggest:
1st: Try under clocking your CPU to between 1.8GHz & 2.6GHz per ME2 requirements.
2nd: Try running under compatibility of Windows XP SP3
3rd: If you have the means of aquiring a 32 bit version of the Win7 OS, I'd try that.
4th: Revert to XP (I mean what is not to like?

@Collider
I appologize if I'm wrong. But isn't he stating that he is getting crash problems with Horizon? So that even doing what was discovered by Ecael and others won't suffice if he wants to get to ME2's conclusion?:innocent:
What I'd be more wary of is the issue he is having.
I have a theory about it; so I'll try to help him resolve it.
@ Meta Ray Mek
I think I know your crash issue. But first I need to ask several questions.
What is your OS (operating system)?
Ammount of Ram?
CPU in # of GHz?
Model, make, amount of memory of your graphics card?
Have you messed with the PCC's at all before the crash?
Have you messed with the PCC's at all before the crash?
Have you messed with the PCC's at all before the crash?
Have you messed with the PCC's at all before the crash?
Did you tweaked the C.ini before the crash?
Did you edit a Saved Game with the G.M.E.2.S.G.E. before the crash?
Have you reinstalled the game sine the game crashed on Horizon?
Did you installed any DLC before the crash?
Sorry for the multiple questions but need to be sure:innocent:.

I've done it - you can progress through the game normally, do the suicide mission, everything. The game just assumes you did Horizon.

Well, I managed to get past Horizon already, but not before it crashed on me at least 3-4 times. Still, that method will come in handy when I get there with my FemShep.
Thanks!
