Photoshop CS5 and I just tried in the default widows program Paint. Still the same issue and I have no idea what is going on because the default image uploaded just fine, when I tried making a test album separate from the projects gallery it worked fine, but whenever I specifically try uploading to a projects gallery it gives me that error.

Seriously though, thank you Inge Shepard and Phoenix, you two were at least able to give me many different ways to try.

I use CodedColorPro to make my pictures and save them as a .BMP and then I use the Paint program provided by Windows to save them as .JPEG. 
Um just a thought but did you try the alternate upload proceedure listed at the very base of the upload screen?:?

Copypasta'ed all the lines for the laser into the weapons code. That had no effect, looked through the whole coalesced and dlc code that i could access and didnt found much that I could use and hoped someone else had more expertise then me

Lowering the rate of fire would'nd be what i want to accomplish, i planned to create the heavy pistol variant of the geth shotgun

I considered removing the snipercam from the sniperrifle code, but that could have the effect of the mantis loosing it why i do not consider it, the base for my cobra is the viper

thnks for the link... tho i do not like youtube tutorials, usually they are waaay slower then i read and think

I feel like i should do what someone does before their maid comes round and tidy up a bit to save face lol. If you dont mind :s that would be really really nice/helpful/awesome of you, though im worried i wont remember how to get back to where i was lol. How can i send you it?

Yup, one of the first things I tried. And I tried converting a BMP to a JPEG in Paint and again no dice. 

I have absolutly no idea what to do unless BiancoAngelo7 accepts me into the texmodders group and I can see if someone else can upload the pics for me to my projects, but that would be annoying to have to email others my images and have them upload images every time I put up a new project, because I have 3 up now but several more I was going to post.

Each 'page' of text on screen appears for about 15 seconds in my videos. I would make it shorter but as I said I am done uploading to Youtube.

You could use Imageshack and embed the pictures in the project details and or the project description.:huh:

Your questions number 5.
A way to add the guns as new
I'd like to have these weapons as
separate choices as they fill different roles then their parent weapon
and niches not covered in the game (also MOAR GUNZ! ;))

If I understand this right.
The only way so fare is to make a executable text file with weapons you will add to your player.
This is how I play my Adept, I use the bindings to add the sniperrifle when I need it. Like on Omega when helping Garrus (Archangel).
When you add a weapon this way you have it through that misson, it can't be removed.

Is it something like this you have in mind?

PlayerLoadoutInfo=(className=SFXPawn_PlayerAdept,Weaponclasses=(LoadoutWeapons_HeavyPistols,LoadoutWeapons_AutoPistols,LoadoutWeapons_AssaultRifles))

Nope, i want to add a whole new gun

As example for my paladin i used the vindicator as base.

The Paladin however fullfills a different role while being a burstfire assault rifle

It can fill the roles of a shotgun (unzoomed it is inacurate but devastating), a sniper (higher zoomfov, but the recoil makes followup shots tough) and an assault rifle (at medium ranges it is fairly accurate but not easy use) it has a good clip but very low spare and gets only little from clips. To keep it further balanced it looses alot of damage with range and the bullets have friction

Id like to add this as a new weapon instead of replacing the vindicator entirely

Well, then I guess you should check with Epic if his tools can be used to this. You will need to change .pcc files.

Unfortunately no. Still haven't figured how to add content (modifying most of the things is easy, though). I don't think any larger mod is possible without UnrealEd.

It will require a big change of the game files.
If you have some ideas how you would have done it, let us know.
I can only say this for myself, I done modding and playing ME games for a while.

My search fu is failing me.

Has someone figured out how to change out powers on a squadmate? I'm guessing it involves more than editing a savegame... probably somewhere in coalesced?

(Sick of shockwave on Jack... no success with it.)

I doubt it, even having a class/hench stream different packages at once and everything in the coalesced it does not work

Tried and failed it with modding classes.

That's disappointing. I'd like to get more of the banter from different combinations, but Jack in particular is kinda... lacking in utility. Shockwave likes to miss, seems to follow a perfectly flat path even if there's a ramp or stairs...

The best you can do with adding powers to your squad. Add only two extra powers, or else will they not use the power you have added. Personally will I recommand this two bonus power added to your squad. 1. Reave 2. Dominate, both Asari powers. If you stay with two extra powers to your squad. They will use these powers often, very often.

I sorry to say, but I'm borred modding at this time:
You need a executable textfile or make a bindings in the C.ini file.

You need something like this:
