My male Hawke will be my canon playthrough, and he's going to be a sword and shield warrior. Default face.

When I'm done I'll do a mage femHawke with custom face. Probably my femHawke will be more pragmatic and less goody shoes, just to explore the darker choices offered, malehawke will be more of a "kicking puppies may be the solution but let's try something more peaceful"

yours?

Good Sarcastic Male Warrior with the default face and name, fighting with a two handed sword.

Male with default appearance. Probably dual-wielding rogue, but that might be hard for me to watch with a straight face, so I might change to sword and board warrior.I'll probably go the peaceful route.

Female Hawke Rogue. Dual wielding with archery if we'll have enough points to spread to cover both.  She has an ambiguous moral compass that is not bound to being friendly or mean.  Whatever she feels like doing at that moment.

I suppose my first playthrough will be a warrior, since first playthroughs are always crap playthroughs where I mess up everything trying to learn stuff. It will serve only to unlock warrior achievements and afterwards I suppose I'll promptly delete that character in shame.

Oh, and most likely a male Hawke.

Warrior Male Hawke, probably a good guy, except to those that threaten his loved ones.  If you fall in the latter category, you should probably start running.  It won't do you any good, but hey, running is good excersise, and who wants to die fat?

Female Mage as there is not other range class, not just first playthrough, but ONLY playthrough.

I'm thinking about playing as a female warrior, but I'm nervous about how heavy armour will look on her

I have two canon Wardens, so I'll have two canon Hawkes.

One will be a female Rogue Hawke.
Other will be a male Mage Hawke (and will look as close as I can get him to the Destiny trailer).

Both are sarcastic, cocky, nutjobs. Not sure which I'll play first.

Yes, I played DAO only ones. I'm story player and I don't roleplay much, so there isn't really much point to play same character over and over in same story making same choises. Same choises, because they are the choises what I would allways make.

Default Male Rogue. Sarcastic. Cares little about things not directly involving him.

Male - goody too shoes, wouldn't hurt a fly if it could be avoided, always looks for the most peaceful solution.

Presses flowers and enjoys cups of tea on the beach. Sings with the Antivan Chantry all girls choir.

It depends on what the game offers.

If I can make an Arcane Warrior/melee type Mage, then a sarcastic male mage.

If I can't, and if leather doesn't look terrible this time around, then a sarcastic male rogue.

If leather still looks terrible, then a sarcastic male warrior.
