About this Qunari mage, who says this is a mage? Because the figure appears to be wearing a robe? Remember the templar armour with the skirt? It could be anything really.
It's the staff being held, which is too big for the second character on the left and isn't at the right angle. It doesn't have to be a qunari mage, but it's definitely a qunari.
