ok you know how if you do some thing like lift so miny times you can start a new player and add that skill to him/her if you do that and inport you player to me2 will they have that skill?
like a solder with lift ?

No. Your character will have to be releveled. If you do import a high level character they do start off at a higher level 50 will get you level 3 and 60 will get you level 5.
