NWN HotU Cd Key Won't register!

Please help me! My original cd key won't be accepted by bioware when I try to register it at their site. It's really an original version of the game. How do I fix this?

I'm almost sure that you should contact Atari for CD-Key problems, but since Atari doesn't support this game anymore... I don't know. You could try, maybe you are lucky: http://nwn.bioware.com/support/

Sorry to bump such an old topic, but this has become an issue for me today also, installing the game to my netbook. However I did get around this by using a CD key found on another site, but it presents a problem connecting to internet servers. So it's a catch 22 situation. Play with another HotU CD key, and not play online, OR be stuck in limbo trying in vain to get your CD key to work...I know what option I'd take, besides it's a old game now....do many still play it?

you don't need to register at the site to play online. (and anyway the site is down atm after a hacking attempt). All you need is for the cd keys to be enetered correctly in the nwncdkey.ini which is in your install folder. You can edit this with notepad.
