I have done *everything* there's now to do in Chapter 2 (incl. Twisted Rune, Kangaxx, Illithids at Sewers) and I'm Cleric/Mage lvl 18/16, with 41 days 6 hours. I talked with Bodhi before it seems and she told me to return once I have 15,000 gold. Now I would like to side with her, but I go to the Graveyard at night and she doesn't come to greet me, nor is she in front of the Crypt entrance to her lair nor anywhere else.
Is it possible game days have gone too far and she's not there anymore, is it a bug or why? For the first time ever I would like to side with her instead of Shadow Thieves, but seems that I can't ;/
Bodhi nowhere to be found?

This happened to me before as well. Bodhi lingers for so long before vanishing as an option forever. I have no idea if it's a bug or by design. Hopefully someone else with scripting mojo can answer that.

Have you done the Thieve's Guild quests and accepted the Thieve's stronghold?
That will break Bodhi's offer. She won't side with a thief.

No, as I said I'm Cleric/Mage. I did the Mae'Var quest though, but that's not supposed to prevent siding with her. So, I have no idea

The vampires at night start attacking you after doing Mae'var as they see you have sided with the shadow thieves(after entering their base).Amethystium wrote...

Doing the Mae'var quest won't break the option to side with Bodhi. Only paying Gaelan to be able to see Aeran Lindvail will break that option. You don't actually have to talk to Lindvail, just paying Gaelan is enough to break it. You waited too long before returning to her. Your chance of siding with her is now gone forever. IIRC, in vanilla you can force her to wait forever by returning to her with too little gold. She'll then say something like "come back once you have your expenses under control". From that point on she'll wait forever in vanilla. I never side with Bodhi, so i'm not sure whether any mod changes that.

It's an old save so I didn't actually remember whether I had met with her, but it appears that I have. Journal entry:
"Return to Valen's mistress with 15,000 gp"
--- She left, telling me to return to the Graveyard District to meet with her when I have 15,000 gp"
But nooo she's nowhere, I'm not a thief, I haven't payed Gaelan. But I don't remember whether I have attacked the vampires who have been after Shadow Thieves during the night, if it would make any difference

When you defended the shadow thieves, did you "kill" one of Bodhi's NAMED vampire associates - I think there's about 8 of them? That might have killed the Bodhi option.
Is your PC G or N or E? If he/she's G, that might have also made the rules tougher. I tried the Bodhi option once, and for a G PC the role playing aspect required you not to realise that you were dealing with vampires; even Minsc (I=6) saw through that one; for consistency an intelligence level of 3 would be about right. I assume your C/M has I=18, or better.

Bodhi doesn't care about your alignment, whether evil, neutral or good. Your companions might protest, though. Some of them might even leave if you side with her. Siding with Bodhi is unacceptable to Keldorn and Mazzy, i think.
Unmodded there are only 3 conditions to siding with her:
- You can't be a thief
- Don't wait too long before talking to Bodhi after Valen invites you
- Don't pay Gaelen (which should speak for itself)
