Just make a little bit shorter version of ME1 as DLC. Bioware could skip a thing or 3 to make the game/story shorter, make the gameplay like ME2, have different music, etc. so it would be different than ME1 so that Microsoft can't sue EA/Bioware. Man I'm a genius for thinking about this.
I got the best idea ever to bring ME1 to PS3 without getting sued by Microsoft

Softy owns the property itself. Your idea, while I support PS3 getting ME1, would be like DC selling a Wolverine comic, but excluding all the X-Men stuff from his story. It's still Wolverine and Marvel could still sue. Sorry dude.

yeah i highly doubt its ever going to happen your talking about going through a bunch of code just rewrite a few things and i think that each company made it perfectly cear that it would never happen
