Sorry if this was mentioned elsewhere; I did a search, but found nothing.)

There's a bug in the "change party" screen if you are running in 2048 x 1152 and have never run at any other resolution, at least on my configuration (i7-920, 12GB, dual NVidia GTX 295 in SLI mode, Windows7 64-bit)  -- the selection areas for each party member do not coincide with the actual party member.  The selection area is about 500 pixels above the character's area.  (Sten is selectable only at the very top of the screen above him, and Alastair isn't selectable at all.)  It might affect other "higher" resolutions, too, but I have no way of testing that, as you will see below:

The workaround is to switch down to a lower resolution, change your party, and then switch back.  Interestingly, after the first time I did the workaround, I ended up with more quickslots across the bottom of the screen on the lower resolution, which remained when I switched back (I'd only had ten before that, which makes me think that some subsystem thought that I was at a lower resolution) -- and then the "Change Party" screen was OK in the 2048x1152 mode as well from then on, no workaround ever required after that.

I take it back; the workaround may still be needed. The problem seems to be reoccuring randomly with that screen.
