Hey,
I was just playing the first part of the game and finished as much as i could do on the Citadel, becoming a spectre and such. So i had around 5000+something in cash. Now i dont exactly know where i lost the money, but once i arrived on novaria i had 104 in cash, and the previous save file i had (just before the trip) is also on 104. Im a bit confused here, and im 100% certain i didnt accidently buy stuff.
So is this a bug or, am i forgetting something?
please help me out!

Not sure, but 5000 seems like not something you should worry about. You'll be having money overflow a bit further in the game.

ah i wouldnt know, its pretty much all the cash i earned upto there. Guess ill start saving up again then
