Yeah unfortunetly, if Morinth gets away you don't get Samara's loyalty and can't get it any other way.

The loyality is not about how much you you play with her/him but how you can convince them about their personnal mission.
If they feel frustrated at the end of their mission, it's over i think, doesn't mean he/she will die in the last mission.
