I bought all the Studded Leather Armor (Tier 6) from the Warden's Keep vendor but got no bonus. But my Tier 2-3 of Studded Leather Armor does get it.

Also, what is the best Leather Armor in the game, what strength does it requires, and where do I find it?

All tiers give bonuses. Did you read the description for what bonus it gives and what you have to do to get it?



I believe the best is forged from drake scales. Have you killed any drakes?

No, I mean when you equip matching sets of armor (i.e. Studded Leather Armor + Studded Leather Gloves + Studded Leather Boots), you get a buff. My Tier 2-3 gives it but my Tier 6 doesn't.

And I have 3 Drake scales

I answered your question the first time: all tiers get the buff. Have you looked at the extended item description to see what you need to equip?

Take them to Wade in Denerim. I think he can make something for you.

I did look at it, each Studded Leather piece mentions the other 2.

I noticed that on the studded leather (I don't know what tier it is..) inscribed.. the boots, armor, helmet and gloves put together.. do not give you a bonus.. That little green symbol stating that you have the armor bonus does not show up.. So either the item set is bugged or the little green symbol is bugged.
