And we shared all our Dragon Age 2 DLC. It was downloaded via myself.

Now, I have all the DLC for Mass Effect 2 already on the Xbox. He has used the new Cerberus code on my replacement copy of the game, so now it's telling us he has to pay for and download duplicates of everything. Is there any way to avoid this, or register my Cerberus code to him also? It just seems like a bit waste of space and money on my xbox.

I have two Gamertags registered on my xbox. Mine and my sons. All dlc is purchased through my gamertag but my son can play them also, as can anyone who recovers there gamertag on my machine (My nephew played LOtSB last w/e without probs on his own g/t). When you download dlc, I beleive you get two licences. One for your machine and one for your gamertag, although I may be mistaken? I thought the gamertags had to be on the same email addy but this cant be the case as my nephew would not have been able to play LOtSB on my machine. I dont understand why you cant play dlc on the same machine you downloaded it on when I can?

You should be able to play them with both gamertags. Don't know of a permanent solution, but if you have 2 controllers, begin session with both profiles. First who's gonna play, and then the one that has the DLC downloaded.

It worked for me. If you happen to find a permanent solution, better.
