Trouble with Tavorick

I looked for a wlakthrough and it said that Tavorick should tell me that the Moonstone Mask girl has it, that didn't happen... is their some way to fix this? Because I can't start from a previous save... Because I've only got the one I'm using now.

The type of problem you've described comes up now and then when a script doesn't fire upon a creature's death. So if you can redo the battle with the demons, you should be alright. Also, make sure there isn't another succubus or something still hanging around afraid or something.

I don't know how you execute that from the console. I would appreciate it if someone would post that here.

Hey,
Not sure if anyone is still playing but I came across this problem very recently and found a possible work around. What I found is that if you cursor over Tavorick, the game does not display the "talk cursor" (which is how the game lets the player know that they can talk to Tavorick) but if you right click Tavorick and then select "talk to" from the drop down menu, then you can continue on with the required conversation.
I also tried KevL suggestion of typing the following lines in the console mode:
DebugMode 1
rs 20a_qaggoth_dead
DebugMode 0
and the game gave the following error:
"virtural machine reports unsuccessful execution of script 20a_gaggoth_dead for object character name"
NOTE: character name is the player character name.
I am playing the Original Content version 1.0 so that maybe be the reason that I got the error.
