Woo-ooohhh-oow!

So good! The character's movements and expressions all seemed very natural and the cinematography was spot on. Delicious.

Well I wasn't going to spoil myself, but I don't have a queen playthrough, and I don't anticipate having one any time soon, so I watched the youtube vid, and you really did do an amazing job. The lighting is really nice and everyone's expressions are so emotional. It seems like the kind of scene that you could watch over and over and every time see some details that you didn't notice before, which is a lot of fun! Beautiful work.

Amazing! I honestly did not know what to expect when I first saw this thread's title in the forum. I certainly did not think it was going to be as awesome as what I just saw in Youtube. I must admit that I am genuinely impressed with this project. It clearly shows a lot of thought, effort and talent on your part to put it together.

I am currently in the middle of a Human Noble Female Dex/Cun DW Rogue play-through. I don't usually get involved with the romances when playing female characters. I'm male and find it a little awkward. The explanation is too long to share here. Suffice to say that with this, I am extremely tempted to place my HNF in a relationship with Alistair so I can witness a truly beautiful and wonderful ending to her story in Origins.

This project is nothing short of extraordinary. Excellent!

If this scene manages to get a *male* player to want to play HNF *and* romance, I suppose this just goes to show how much this type of ending was so desparately needed in the original game.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback!

@Merilsell ---Awesome! never thought it would make a poster like that...epic awesomeness. thanks!

@Appolo90 thank you ;)

@phaonica I'm really happy you see it that way. I was hoping that would be the outcome eventually. :)

I really don't like Alistair.  However, I've seen this mod in play MANY times.  Many, many, many times.  Posted Image

All I want to say is, you did a damn good job with this  . . it's pretty amazing.

Excellent mod! I've seen the YouTube but yet to play it with my HNF.

Suggestion - since it is Lelianna who sings the song, why not have her in the scenes actually singing the song. She is a bard after all and who else would the Warden choose to have as the singer in her wedding party.

Speaking of wedding party - why not outfit some of the companions as members of the wedding party? Who would Alistair choose as a best man - Zevran?? What about bridesmaids? Imagine Morrigan in a blue bridesmaid dress! Even Dog could wear a bow-tie collar. And Oghren partaking of the free ale!

That's it, I'm dumping my entire tax refund into a new PC so I can get DA:O on it just for this mod!

I wonder if Bioware is aware that people are buying PCs so they can use mods...(you aren't the only one saying this, I've heard many console players speaking of buying PCs soley for the mods)

Me for example, a PS3 player and looking forward to buy it for pc for the mods, I left a comment in your profile :) about future projects. Though it worries me that by the time dragon age 2 is released many people might forget about dragon age origins and its mods to move to the new game, even when there hasn't been any word about a tool set for dragon age 2.

I think there's too many of us to give up on the mods just yet.

I don't think you have to worry about that too much. The learning curve on the toolset is such that a fair number of people--myself, for instance--are just getting to the point where they have skills in enough areas to start doing more complex mods. I expect that we'll be seeing more of those all the time. Personally, I'm much more interested in making mods featuring the Origins party than holding my breath for a DA2 toolset that may take a long time to be released, if it ever is. That, and I don't like the way DA2 looks design wise, so not too interested in spending extra time there making mods.

By the way, DahliaLynn, the wedding is absolutely lovely!

Even if DA2 comes out, (and there is mention of a *possible* enhancement to the current toolset, though nothing is definite) DA:O is still being played...and I can only assume that if you import your warden story to DA 2 , assuming it has considerable effects, people will want to replay DA:O again just to see what happens in their DA2 game, and so on.....so if anything I say here is correct, modding may stick around for quite a while.

@Errant Thank you ;)

:) Then would it be fair to think than it just a matter of time until the tool set for dragon age 2 is available?
I hope so, that there's still many people to keep on with the mods, I want to learn how to use the tool set to make mods too.

Considering there's still activity for NWN and that game is what? 8-10 years old now? I think it's safe to say the DAO community will be around for awhile.

Wow thats unbelievable. Im sure alot of time and effort went into that.

If only us males could get something like that for Leliana it would be perfect, but great work all the same =].
