Hi!
I tried to add "BioWare Online Store support"s RSS feed to my Google Reader account, but it seems like the feed somehow is broken. Here is a link to the RSS feed: http://social.biowar.../forums/130.xml
I also saw that the RSS feed for the whole forum is broken. Here is a link to that feed: http://social.biowar.../forums/all.xml (I haven't checked how the other forum feeds work.)
When will this be fixed? Or am I doing something wrong? I have tried to open both feeds in Firefox 4.0b6 and in Chrome 6, both in Windows 7.

They are broken for >10 months. There is no fix ETA.

Not continuously, just bad design work, poor implementation, and very little debugging, so the same failures repeat. Meanwhile, priority for the Social Forums has slipped down to the bottom of the stack. These forums probably are about to be inactivated, same as the Legacy Forums were, four years ago.
Do you really think that if anyone at Bioware was particularly concerned about annoying commercial Spam from pirate sites getting revenue from stolen sports feeds being posted constantly, every few days, over periods from a few hours worth of a hundred Spams, to several days straight and thousands of them, they would allow the spammers to continue their behavior as many months as it's been going on now? Bioware just isn't concerned to any particular extent, about what is happening outside of a very, very few forums.
P. S. I had added the link below, to tie in one of the more recent of such Spammers' accounts, some 14 hours ago, probably about 9:00 PM here (CSDT). At that hour, there were 6-8 Spams in one of the inactive forums (Legends) that had been in there most of the day on Thursday, yesterday. I note that those have been removed this morning . .
