I created a character called "Kuja" in my first playthrough. I played with him until level 9, then I decided to restart the game. I created a character named "Kujja", but then I thought that maybe I would be able to create another character with the same name. I tried and was able to get the name "Kuja" back. The game created a saved game's directory called "Kuja1" for my 3rd character.
After reaching a certain level in the game (I don't remember when to be honest), I decided to delete the characters named Kuja (1st one) and Kujja.
When I reached a certain level, I decided to check my BioWare Social Network's profile to see if everything was in order. My old characters were still in the site so I manually deleted them from the list. The profile of my main character wasn't updated, it was a few levels behind then it was supposed to be.
I kept playing the game and now my main and only character (Kuja, the 3rd one) is on level 12 but my profile still shows him on level 4. Not only that, but all the characters that I had deleted were uploaded again. At least all the achievements that I unlocked were updated (or at least I think so).
Before playing the game, I had used the Dragon Age Character Creator and had a similiar problem: Sometimes it would upload deleted characters back to the site. Another problem is that due the excess of traffic in the site it usually would take days to make any change. Trying to fix this problem, I found a tricky solution: I realized that apparently everytime that I created a new character the CCreator would force the upload and it would "update faster".
So when my character was on level 10, I created a new character called "Teste" and quickly deleted him. I checked my profile after a while, and my portrait and my avatar were updated but my stats are still the same that I had in level 4. The game didn't upload my character "Teste", but all my deleted characters were re-uploaded (at this point I already had deleted them at least twice)
Does anyone know the solution for this problem? Is anyone else having the same experience?
Thank you for the help
PS: Check my profile if you want to understand the problem better
