With the submerged area it will check if a torch is equipped on enter then again each heartbeat and destroy it. This will only check for the default torch tag. Now that I have made a few special/magical torches, I will probably go back and update that script and have it unequip the special torches, using up one of their uses.

Do Darkness, Stinking Cloud, etc. spells work underwater?
Is there a slow effect underwater?

All spells work, it would be too large of a project to eliminate certain spells, especially while It is only a small area that is underwater. So not using torches and taking damage for being under too long will be about all that happens.

This area is particularly tizight.
The more you can avoid those nwn2 oc over-seen textures the better.

It makes a big difference to the experience as a player if you can consistently keep the textures fresh. Even if not overriding, simplye choosing the newer ones such as SoZs.

Thanks EE.
That area is part of released chapter. That is the lighter tileset from SOZ, I think they used it for some of the beach caves. The lighter portions of the tile really take on the coloring from the area lighting.
